Review on Dorman 600 803 Transfer Case Motor by Mood Neboet

The back plate has no pre-cut wire holes. Installation was a major headache. However, it does its job well. As it turned out, this wasn't even the detail I needed. Explorer has 4 highs but not 4 lows. I replaced the switch relay behind the dash for about $10 and it worked perfectly. DarnEdit: Really appreciate buying this. I was blown away by my previous transfer case (Borg Warner 4405) so I went ahead and got myself a used but better performing 1354 from a '98 Ranger. This shift motor is perfect for it and gives me real 2wd and 4low. I'll probably revise the manual shifter one day, but so far this shifter motor is working great.
