The stand is easy to assemble, no tools required. The center of the stand is 7" tall, 6⅜" deep and 8¼" wide. The decanter is 3½" in diameter and 9" long. The overall height is 10½" to give you an idea of the size give. wide, which I like because the second glass can be stored in the base under the carafe spout without affecting the carafe's function. The quality of the carafe seems to be good and the interior is impressive, no defects. The full glass stopper is appreciated and suitable to complete the look. The spout is sealed with a silicone sleeve, and neither the top nor the spout will leak. CONS: A whiskey glass has a very noticeable bubble at the bottom of the glass. I guess I should be grateful he's down and not to the side. In general, the wood looks good and is evenly colored. The outer right wall facing the decanter has a few cosmetic scratches near the stand, but deeper and more noticeable scratches pile up towards the center. This could be due to bad packaging. It would probably be better to wrap the pieces of wood individually and place the bottom board face down so that it would never be visible if scratched. This is part of the middle section of the pensioner bar. All in all I recommend this product.
