Review on NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Black Mechanical Eyeliner Pencil by Ann Perez

In the recent past I have bought several white eyeliners to find one that will stay on my lower waterline. I got this device the other day and tried it while working at home just to see if it worked better than any other which was a waste of money. It is very easy to apply, very creamy, with a light, slightly visible tint at the waterline and STAYS on. I wiped it off the corners near the tear ducts from working and sweating around the house, but along the rest of the lines it stayed where I put it all day and evening. It faded a little later, but it's far superior to anything else I've tried. One application of this with the "right" makeup will likely last an entire evening or most of the workday, depending on the work environment. It gives the eyes a very nice glow but I highly recommend either applying it before mascara or applying an extra layer of mascara after applying it to the waterline. It is very creamy and adheres to the base of the lashes along the waterline and needs to be covered to avoid the effect of white and black lashes. This is a great product and I would highly recommend it and I'm really glad that after five tries with other brands I've finally found one that not only looks really good but lasts too!
