Review on SUNLITE Black Thorn Resistant Tube with Schrader Valve by Kendriece Figueroa

I decided to roll the dice despite reading some bad reviews about valve stem issues. I took a chance and hoped I wouldn't run into the problems some people were having. Well that's exactly what I did, the valve stem seems to be in the wrong place on the pipe. Once installed they spun as my son rode his bike to school and after a few days the valve stem leaned out of the way enough to touch the spokes. So every few days I had to deflate the tires and pull them out to straighten the valve stem, which was vertical instead of on its side. Well I think I waited too long because my son was driving home from school and had a flat tire while turning. When I removed the pipe I found that it had cracks at the bottom where the valve stem connected to the pipe. Again, some of the reviews were good so I figured that wouldn't happen to me, but it did with both tubes. One of them is still on my son's bike but I have to dump it every few days to straighten it out. These hoses are heavy and thick and appear fine at first glance, the valve stems are loose resulting in a poor quality hose. Only buy these whistles when you are ready to roll the dice.
