Forces everything to 1080p

Perform AV for a security conference. We use this to take the input – the speakers' variable laptop – and translate it to 1080p for the rest of the AV highway – the speaker's screen, the projectors and the recording device.

I'm using this to force 1080p60 out of the GoPro media mod. Works well.
