I am very disappointed in these headphones. The ear pads of the headset are small, as if this headset is for a child. However, I thought I could handle it because I have small ears, but my ears started to hurt after a few days of use. I bought it about a week ago, but the first day I used it (via PlayStation chat), my friends complained that I sounded like I was whispering, even with the volume turned up to the max . I would have sent it back but I was so confident in the Playstation products that I threw the box away. And frankly, the around-ear volume function is very annoying. When I lie down and move, movement can change the volume. The sound quality is excellent, that's all.
