First off, I don't know anyone with oilier skin than me. It got to the point where I washed my face three times a day. I've tried all sorts of products and found that nothing would work proactively for my oily skin, so I had to be reactive. My skin isn't oily because it's dehydrated or underhydrated, it wasn't my fault, so I knew I needed to be more strategic with the ingredients and composition of the product. I have great confidence in this brand and that's why I decided to buy this one. This product has almost the texture of a makeup primer, so I knew it would work well. It magnifies tremendously, like a good primer. Coupled with this is the product's ineffectiveness as a moisturizer due to ingredients and consistency. However, oil control was far more important to me than the presence of moisturizer in this product as my regular night cream will do. If you have oily and dry skin I don't know if this is the case (maybe a combination) try this with caution. I know the skin around the mouth is very dry, so I use a different moisturizer there and enlarging cream all over. In the photo my skin is 7 R. very little shine and oil after a full day. Without this product I would look like I was bathing in oil. I'm very grateful. Although small and expensive, it doesn't last long and I only use it during the day. It is odorless and very gentle (no burns).
