What the heck. When we bought four of these, two ended up with bad batteries that refused to hold a charge. When we tried to get a refund we were told that in the midst of the pandemic we need to physically deliver them to ensure they are out of service, although we have previously received refunds for bad orders with no problem. Excellent. Of the two serviceable ones, one stopped working for no reason within a week, and the other managed to live two whole months so far without the battery holding a charge and the controller not responding. Instead of just shutting down when the power goes out, it starts spinning and spewing out the remaining water and won't stop. Do you want to charge it for an hour, after that it works? Difficult. Until a few hours after you plug it in, it starts spinning and spitting again with no rhyme, reason, or stop. Worst shopping we have ever done here. It would be better with a conventional fan or even a manual fan. Heck, the included "instruction manual" better held us back. Utter and complete nonsense.
