Bought to install a new snowblower on our Kawasaki Mule. A dome light is much more effective than headlights with a plow mounted because it is in the beam path, especially when the plow is raised. Although very light, I have it and a plow winch system on a full size car battery mounted in a battery box in the front storage compartment. It doesn't seem to use much power, I've played around with it and the plow a bit (regardless of the lack of snow so far ;-) and haven't had to charge the battery yet. I even tripped over a pretty heavy branch in the woods before I knew it and he survived. I recommend this light. For your health!
