This one is the same measurements as others I bought but it is actually my preferred set now. It squeezes me enough that I feel the support while I am at work. The only thing is which isn't due to the compression sleeve but I have thick thighs. I order a man's size because a womans won't fit but the top starts to roll down, which forms like a thick rubber band and hurts. But after adjusting it I am good for the rest of the day. Unlike other brands I have to adjust and re adjust over and over and it hurts like hell. But this is the best set I have tried yet. After 10 hours of work though no matter the brand you are ready to take them off because they are hot.
