This product worked very well for my mother who is restricted a lot to her bed. She enjoyed getting her hair washed in bed so much by using this product. Her home health aide worker just offered trash bags which was very messy and not adequate at all. I can't imagine why they do not use a basin when washing patient's hair. I searched out for a helpful product and ordered this product due o the high ratings.My sister was able to blow up the product with not too much effort. The hose drained quite well into a large bucket with a handle to hold the hose in place. My mother did say her neck hurt some when using the product due to a tight constriction of the neck opening. Maybe it is due to holding the water, but not sure. Overall, it is a very helpful product.
