Review on Oneida Chateau Stainless Steel Salad Flatware by Roger King

I bought three sets of stainless steel attachments for our 40 year old Oneida Chateau - salad and dinner forks and teaspoons - as gifts for my wife. I was a bit concerned with other reviews commenting on the overall quality and slightly lighter weight. The units we received look good and I weighed the salad fork, dinner fork and teaspoon using a postal scale immediately after opening, along with comparable parts from our original stainless steel set. All three weigh exactly the same as the originals. The appearance and details of the pattern appear to be quite close at a cursory glance. How they hold up in the dishwasher remains to be seen, but so far so good.
