If you just want a regular service tool and not too thick leather on your heels, you need to be very careful with it. I read something on my phone, I moved this tool from the heel to the side of the big toe where the skin is thicker, then I realized it hurt me. It's good that I removed it immediately so as not to hurt my toe. It has two speeds, but both are pretty powerful. If you take care of your feet regularly and don't have a very thick skin on your heel, you need to pay all your attention to it when using it. I wish it had a third speed, even slower. For people who like soft heels. But in general it works.
