Review on SR SP12 Suntour Suspension Seat Post by Chakravarthi Ladner

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Slim but not wobbly

To speed up my commute around town and also to get some exercise I recently bought a used commuter bike. On my first day commuting to and from work, the bumps in the road caused me back pain. Frustrated, I considered returning the bike. There is no way I would spend $$ on a mountain bike (full suspension or otherwise). Browsing the internet for soft seats, I came across the suspension seatpost phenomenon. Get in that seatpost. Installed as received, went to test. Wow! no matter! The ride was smooth, with little to no seat movement, even going over deeper bumps. It was like riding full suspension (I used to have two mountain bikes, a hardtail and a full suspension). I'm so glad I stumbled upon this and look forward to a painless commute and a decent workout!
