Review on Hydrate and Nourish Your Lips with Nooni Korean Lip Oil Moisturizing by Samantha Carlisle

I like the clean and matte clear plastic bottle. He is very small! The bottle was not completely full. I felt cheated when I received it but I came here to check the reviews and it seems like most customers noticed and got the same. So the manufacturer must have decided to fill it up to that amount. I'm not happy with that. But I have to keep in mind that this product is from Korea. They have different makeup recommendations. Fragrance does not seem to be present. I was hoping/expecting a nice apple or berry flavor. Nothing. The color is beautiful. It seems to become transparent but I wipe it off and it has a pink tint. The applicator is called "Doe's Foot". It's hard and prickly. Definitely not soft. I like that he tinted his lips. My lips are naturally rosy and I just wanted something that would give them a little more lip color to brighten my makeup. Hydration is good. Not sticky. I don't know if I would buy again. It is very cheap in price.
