The ease of use and the ability to make changes quickly is a huge benefit. The ability to pull in so much data is incredible. The ability to create and use dashboards is also very powerful. I wish there was more of a focus on the UI/UX. Sometimes it's hard to find what you're looking for. I have noticed that the platform has a lot of potential, but it could also use some more work. We are using Upp to manage our marketing efforts, and we are able to pull together a lot of data. We are also able to create dashboards that give us a better picture of what our customers are doing.
