I used to have an 18 inch monitor.

I used to have an 18 inch monitor. The larger width takes some getting used to. I use this computer primarily for genealogy and writing. Less for surfing where I use my Kindle Fire.

Cons

Flickering: If the monitor's refresh rate is too low, the display may flicker.
