I am very disappointed with this product, love HUM products in general. I've been taking Skinny Bird for 3 days hoping all those crazy symptoms go away, just enough time for my body to get used to it. As directed on the bottle, I take it 30 minutes before meals, felt nauseous, dizzy, nauseous, but managed hoping that it would pass once I got used to it. I'm at work today, I took it as directed, I got sick within 20 minutes, I ate it thinking it might help. good to go I really thought this would be my last day on earth. So scared I closed my office door and felt so scared I had profuse cold sweats from head to toe. My face was white as a ghost. Shaking, heart beating at a million miles an hour. Oh god I'm so scared. I had to work so hard to control my breathing, put my head on the table to calm myself. It took me a good 3 hours to get down reasonably decently. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS DANGEROUS PRODUCT. Too bad, unfortunately I have to throw them away, they were expensive and could not be returned.
