This is a great knee stabilizer! I have a torn meniscus and don't want another knee surgery. I wear this bandage about 24 hours at a time and feel good most of the week! It's a bit inflexible (which is what I wanted), it stays in place when you put it on properly (unlike many competitive braces), and it's strong enough. Easy to wear with jogging bottoms and loose jeans (underneath), skinny pants or capris, maybe not as they are a bit bulky, especially around the knee where they have a gel circumference. The support is amazing (I don't need a cane anymore!) and comfort soon sets in once you've got the brace firmly in place! LOVE IT! The best knee stabilization brace I have found in years! The price is also incredibly low! Definitely recommended!
