I had a stainless steel cookware set and I like this anodized aluminum cookware set better. It's much easier to clean up with paper towels and leaves no residue after being used on a propane stove. This cookware set is truly non-stick. At least not in the same sense as the non-stick pot you have at home. The cover makes cleaning easier. It is lightweight and heats food very quickly and evenly. I love that it comes with a bamboo spatula and a loofah sponge for washing. You definitely don't want to scratch the surface of the pot with hard objects like you do with stainless steel.
