Almost a year ago I bought such a sewing machine for 7500. From the first attempts to sew on it - an absolute delight! The instruction is very simple and accessible, all the details are perfectly drawn, but even without it it will not be difficult to figure out if you have at least a little experience with sewing machines (I had an old Veritas in my childhood). There are a lot of tips on the body of the machine, a convenient ruler and marking the distance from the edge of the fabric to the seam around the foot (you don’t have to mark the fabric once again). The horizontal hook is unambiguous - you can see the bobbin and the rest of the thread on it, it is very easy to remove and change the bobbin. In the reviews they write that it is scary for the lid of the bobbin window (it is small, made of transparent plastic). It seems to me that it is quite reliable and quite durable. The machine is very quiet, all the levers and buttons are pressed smoothly and clearly, without backlash, there is a very high-quality assembly. Comes with a comfortable pedal with adjustable speed. I liked the plastic cover (attention, not every typewriter of this model is included in the kit, check with the sellers). It’s not scary to damage the machine when it’s put in a closet, but, alas, it won’t protect it from dust. As for the thickness of the fabrics that can be sewn on it: it is important to choose the right thickness of the needle. I sewed a thick rubberized tarp on it (neatly, manually) in several layers. With a jeans in 4 layers, she can easily cope, it will not be difficult to hem jeans. Surprisingly, she almost does not need adjustment. It does not overtighten the thread, puts an even seam on thin cotton, on synthetics, or on jeans. It is extremely rare to touch the adjustment. And one more pleasant moment - it is full of accessories! Any needles, paws, bobbins - anything - in any sewing store. Definitely recommend, great product!
