I don't know why I have a problem but I can't connect these headphones to my IPhone 12. I thought it was just my phone. I asked my husband to pair it with his iPhone but that didn't work either. I will send these back. I'm so sad. I was delighted with this purchase. I liked the look and the price. Edit: Too bad I didn't realize I never removed that plastic wrap from the headphones but I did charge the headphones and they work great. So I won't be going back and am glad I made the purchase. I will change my 1 star to 5 stars.
