I always like to have confidence in who is handling my property records as there can be many issues that come up with them not being correct or having errors which will ultimately affect me! The system does seem very user friendly for both those searching title information online AND if you are doing an actual search at their offices. Sometimes it takes several tries before some fields show up but other than this so far no real problems! Nothing specific - just everything together works well! Just making sure we cover our bases when dealing with titles!
