LOVE LOVE! I have always used Epsom salts, but this experience surprised me! At first I was afraid the color would be a bright yellow-orange, like turmeric in a spice jar. It's not light at all! It's a very pastel yellow color and won't stain your tub! Second, it's an amazing scent! Of course, I had to stick my nose in the bag, and that was surprisingly pleasant. After mixing with water, it will become a little thinner. Third, it helps a little. I used about 1/2 cup in a large hot tub. Aromatherapy is a must! NOTE: Take a few deep breaths the first time you step into the bath; inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Then RELAX!
