Not for children with epilepsy
My 2 year old daughter loved this toy. If your kid loves toys that make a lot of noise, great. However, the light at the top of the tower flashed very quickly like a strobe light and triggered my daughter's seizures. There is no setting to stop the flashing light or change the frequency. If your child has epilepsy or is prone to seizures, BUYER BEWARE!
