Their support is great! They respond quickly to any questions you may have. The system is easy to use and their pricing is very reasonable. I am having an issue where my site takes forever to load sometimes. This is not related to Liquid Web's hosting services but rather a problem with my own server. There could be some improvements to this product. But overall, it has been a good experience. I do not like that they have so many different types of plans. It's hard to find what exactly you are looking for. If you want a simple, reliable service without a lot of bells and whistles, then I would suggest Liquid Web. My website is hosted by them and I couldn't be happier.
