Not great for HTV, but probably good for regular vinyl.
At first I thought glue would be great for those yellow ones. It wasn't too sticky but held HTV well. After just a few uses, the HTV doesn't hold up at all. It might be fine for regular vinyl, but I wouldn't recommend using it primarily for HTV cutting. Get the blue ones instead. They're great for HTV.
