Mixed feelings about neck pillow

I sleep with a CPAP nasal pillow so I have to use these hard pillows. If you don't need or like hard pillows I don't recommend this one. It does soften a bit over time but this is the firmest pillow I have ever used and as I said I only use hard pillows. I'm not complaining about the firmness of the pillow (just mentioning it for others). that while it looks like it should provide neck support, I find that the groove is too shallow so it doesn't really give me much support. This may suit someone with a small head. I love the idea of the neck support so I bought a pillow. I just want him to do better.
