I bought this for my office chair in the hope it would help relieve some of my mid and upper back stiffness issues. Meh, that's not bad (and the heating function is great in a chilly office), but it's not exactly what you need. BUT. I play weekend tournaments out of town from time to time and after 4 games on Saturday and at least 2-3 on Sunday we head straight home to make sure we get back to work on Monday. This often means that muscles fatigued from sprinting/running/cutting become stiff after hours in the car. I used this on one of these recent trips and cycled the bike on and off for a 4 hour ride. My muscles didn't hurt the next day for the first time in my life. Highly recommended for longer car journeys. <3 Only loses one star b/c when you're sitting on an office chair, the massage zones don't hit the right spots and it really doesn't "fit" in the car like it's supposed to. t be strapped in at all common points of contact. . (Still works for casual long-distance use, it just feels like it's shifting a lot when trying to use it in the car for regular commuting every day.)
