Well made but NOT waterproof
Small size perfect for our 22lb furball. Overall I like the design, easy to turn on and off. The neck rides up which is nice. This item is by no means waterproof. We mainly use it as a windbreaker to wear over a size large Gooby fleece on colder days. He has held up well over the last 3 months and that takes a lot of hard work. I love Outward Hound stuff!
