Great if you carry your weight in the middle.
I really like this swimsuit, it runs a little bigger than usual. I'm 5'2 and 155lbs., hourglass figure and X-big choked me up. I have the large and it still doesn't fit the stomach area so there is no support there but it's still flattering. I know the middle one will be too small for my back. I normally weigh 135 pounds and am fine at medium weight.
