The initial search for the straps to fit me no longer required adjustment and they sat comfortably on my face. However with The Quest 2 I always moved it around my face and tightened it as I wore it to try to make it comfortable or to make it visually sharper, it was a real pain in the ass as they say or something. With this headband it is so easy to put on and gives me the perfect fit and doesn't need to be adjusted until I'm done playing. I'm glad I decided to buy it, I definitely recommend it.
