No so good on my review.
I use it to workout every morning. However, after several uses, say 3-4 months of use the Velcro becomes unusable; It looses grip and relaxes the right tension all around your waist.

- Awesome, better than expected. Wraps around with plenty of room for adjusting in or out.

- Can be distracting during physical activity, hindering performance
