I already had 4 large bins so I took 2 very large ones. I remember having a problem separating the other 4 containers, but these 2 were next to impossible. After spending over two hours trying different methods (ice water and hair dryer, air atomizer (costs $13 at Staples) and an air compressor), including a trip to Staples, I was ready to give up and return them. I was going to write a negative review about it, but I noticed another possibility in someone's review. I've emptied a quarter of my freezer by putting groceries in the fridge to make room for the containers. I checked in in 10 minutes. Nothing. I checked in in 20 minutes. Nothing yet. I took them out of the sink and held them under hot running water for at least 5 minutes and I finally managed to separate them. So here I am writing another negative review, although I will be using containers and most likely they will serve me. ok but I wasted over 2 hours of my time and spent $13 to fix a problem that shouldn't exist. Many customers are complaining about this known issue, but Chief's Path has not done anything to fix it. All they had to do was separate the bins with paper instead of plastic. This shows disrespect and disrespect towards myself and other customers. Next time I'll buy somewhere else.
