I knew how to do it. It was easy to install and still lets in a lot of light. Maybe my pets aren't happy that people can't look at them. My dog hardly barks. I'm excited because I don't feel like I'm being watched all the time and I can't leave my blinds open. They still reveal silhouettes, but this obscures much of the clarity. It works great during the day and even at night when it's dark outside and the lights are on inside. It won't block everything, but it's perfect for what I wanted it for. Will order more now after trying it. I have to say when I first opened the package and watched the film I was concerned that it would not hide anything but once installed it is what I expected when I ordered it. I've attached a photo of the front of my house in the dark. One window is filmed, one is not. The light is on in the house. My husband is sitting in the exact room where the filmed window is located. I didn't add a photo of him sitting right by the open window, but believe me you could see him clearly. Do what we need! :)
