I've been using it for about two weeks. My opinion on such a horrific task as sifting a tray has completely changed. This shovel made the nasty job so easy! You don't have to bend down and practically reach into the bowl like with other shovels. Instead, you can comfortably stand on top thanks to the extended handle. And the screen is wide so you lose most of the litter back into the box and only throw out the solids so you don't lose litter and spill all over the floor. Another great feature is that the shovel is the right depth and size. And because the shape is round and therefore rounded, when using a plastic toilet liner there are no sharp corners or edges to pierce and punch holes in the liner. Wait, that's not all: cat litter won't stick to this spoon because it's not made of plastic. I love this owl. Whoever came up with that is right.
