I LOVED this bag! I have had it for eight months, but have not carried it the entire time. (Maybe 4 of the eight?) The back pocket is where I carry my phone and nothing else. A few weeks ago, the top of the zipper started coming out and I noticed a hole in the lining. I just poked the zipper back in and the liner hole wasn't big enough for my phone to fall through and it was at the top, anyway. Today, the zipper pull came completely off and I had to separate the zipper with my fingers to get my phone out.The bag itself is still usable, but the back pocket is now gaping upen and is completely worthless.I will likely still use it, but for the price, I'm disappointed this happened.
