Loads well BUT causes processor throttling

Loads well. But it causes my laptop's processor to slow down so much that it doesn't work. My laptop is rated for 20V 2.25A. Everything as in the description should work. What's the point of charging the laptop but rendering it unusable? How night loading is suitable. But not for charging and using a laptop at the same time.
