Just bought this for my sister's birthday as she needed a new CPU cooler (stupid Intel coolers in stock). She's never had an AIO, so I figured it would be a good time for sibling bonding. I was right. For the price listed at Revain you can't go wrong. That looks great! The processing quality is very good for this price range. The RGB is decent enough to make you feel like your money is well spent. RGB comes in many flavors and colors, so there's something here for everyone. My only complaint is that while it's easy to control with the included RGB controller, proper cable routing can be tricky for beginners. Installation was easy, just put on the backplate, attach the Intel chip holder, screw in and you're done. In terms of performance, it's not the best, although you're not really paying for the best now are you? For $70, it offers decent CPU cooling. I ran an 8-hour Prime95 high-load, high-load stress test on an AIO connected to my sister's i7 8700 and the average temperatures were between 65 and 75 degrees. Although it was LOUD with the pump at full power. Sounds like a buzzing bee, but I doubt it sounds like that under normal gaming loads. Bottom line, this is a great addition to any PC build that needs a cooler than stock and you don't want to use an ugly air cooler. Installation was easy, RGB looks good, cooling is neat and cheap!
