When this first camera arrived, camera 2 was not working. One of the wires between the 4-pin connector and the 13-pin connector was cut/broken in the power harness. Contacted the company and they sent me another one. It arrived in just a few days. Now everything works great and I like the image quality of the cameras and the monitor.
