This is by far one of the best kits, a big improvement over the regular kits sold there, its very comfortable and wide handles make it easier to work with the handles Other that I receive got was very small, it also comes with cushion handles, the hooks are more durable than others, a skipping/skipping rope, a large door anchor that can be a great addition to a range of workouts. The materials are much better, it can be stretched 3-5 times more than others I've bought, it has so many improvements, we all love it
