I like the design of the controllers, but the controllers keep detaching from the console.

I love the design of these controllers, but unfortunately the controllers keep detaching from the Wii console. This happens at a distance of 6 feet. The original Wii controllers didn't have this problem. The disconnect happens so often that I can't play the game reliably.
