I thought I'd give it a try based on the reviews and the price was reasonable. The stabilizer is quite heavy, but repairing it is not difficult. The quality of the embroidery is good, but the problem is that the gap is not clean at all - a lot of "eyelashes" of white fleece are sticking out of the embroidery. Not a big problem with white towels where the lashes get lost in the loops, but that will be a problem with any color other than white. Use this strictly for white towels and personal items, but avoid doing any work for paying customers!
