I like that all of my electrical needs are met in one place! The best part is they have everything from outlet covers to dimmers for any need we might come across. There really isn't anything at this time that would make me dislike it as much as if their website was more difficult or confusing to navigate through when trying to find something specific such as an itemized invoice. It's not hard to use once you get used to how everything works but there will be times where you may wish things were easier since some people aren't familiar with using technology. This has been very helpful during our remodel process because every single appliance can now stay connected without having multiple cords running around everywhere.
