Review on Yepp Mini ๐Ÿšด Child Bike Seat by Thule by Darryl Jennings

Revainrating 5 out of 5

We use it daily and we LOVE it!

I live in a city where bikes are very popular so I thought it was time to hit the road with my 1 year old. I read countless reviews on Revain and bike sites with kids and based on all the great reviews I chose this one. I use Yepp on a men's Electra Cruiser that I bought cheap used, no adapter required. It is quick and easy to assemble and I can ride my bike very comfortably. My husband is about 6ft tall and has to bend his knees a bit to avoid hitting Jepp while I at 5ft 8" don't at all. My son loves this seat. He keeps asking to get out. I've read some complaints about the straps being difficult to adjust, but personally I haven't had a problem with it. I've had to loosen/tighten when he wears more or less layers and it's easy. My son was 30" when last checked and his feet fit great with the footpads being one step lower than the smallest setting. His helmet doesn't hit the seat back in a disruptive manner. I like that I can easily talk to him and see what he's pointing at. I was concerned that the weight in the front would make the bike wobble a bit, but there's no difference. We have received many compliments and are very happy with our choice. The orange color is pleasant and bright, additional visibility does not hurt. My son likes to hold on to his small handlebars, but sometimes he likes the feel of the soft rubber on mine.
