Review on 🌊 Pulp Riot Seaglass 4oz: Discover Vibrant Semi-Permanent Hair Color by Tiffany Allan

I was looking for a new mint green hair color as the one I've used in the past has been discontinued so I gave this one a try. The color is really thick. I have a pixie cut and still used the whole tube. I dyed my bleached hair, covered it with a shower cap and waited for the suggested time (35 minutes or so I think?). After washing the color off in the shower and drying my hair, the color practically didn't stick to my hair. It looked very blotchy. I had to bleach my hair to get it out and luckily I had a pink color to use instead. Not sure if my hair is the problem or if I had to keep the color longer but I will try another brand.
