We're not using this as a bouncer.yet. I have a nine month old with Down's Syndrome. We use this to strengthen his core muscles by supporting him on the horse's back. It's a little easier than using an exercise ball since it stays in one place, and he loves to hold onto the ears (and chew on them!). Unexpectedly, we found it is great for tummy time too because he loves looking up at the horse's face. Instant friends! The included pump works great. Overall we're very impressed with the quality of this toy.
