Didn't actually work well.
I make 1/4 pound burgers, this press did the first good thing but when I lifted it to put it in the pan it fell to pieces. The press just couldn't handle the pressing of the burger. The plastic discs are flimsy and will skew the bottom burgers if you try to slide the top burger. I ended up making hand-formed patties, which defeats the purpose of buying an ab.
