***Updated Rating*** Replacement stool received and assembled on 10/15/21. Upon opening the box and assembling it, I noticed what was missing before it was delivered this time. Black plastic insert for footrest. This small detail made the chair and footrest comfortable and comfortable. It's not a short-term review, but so far it's comfortable and looks good. I have two company chairs in two different models. I like this one (the black chair in the photos) more than the other one (the brown one). ***Previous Review*** The seat and back were fine, but the stool ring that slides down the leg or neck of the chair doesn't fit. The inner ring, which also contained a nut, cannot be tightened because it is too big.
