Well, they work. They work and look beautiful. If you plan to mount them vertically on a wall and then switch them to horizontal, you'll probably want to know how to trim them and use a corner piece to line up the wiring. You will NOT want to use the included instructions. I have better eyesight than any eye doctor I've ever seen and the images were still so small I couldn't distinguish them. Visit a popular video site and watch how-to videos. One guy said that it's better not to cut in the middle of the copper, but to cut along the edge and get rid of the section. (If you don't already know how it works, you're probably going to find what I'm saying very confusing. I highly recommend finding a video before you buy so you understand and buy something that's right for you.) Here it is so it. is that if you want to cut them to make them look crisp, the part of the strip where you can cut it is further apart than some other LED strips (significantly wider), making it a lot harder to get everything accurate to align If I knew how all this worked beforehand, I would get strips with more copper pieces that can be cut closer together. It comes with two corner connectors only. So if you want to switch from horizontal to vertical or back more than twice, you need to learn how to get more corner connectors. The board works great. We didn't try the music function as we put it in my son's bedroom and he is with his dad now so it will be connected to his phone when he comes back. Fortunately, the instructions provided are much clearer than the instructions for cutting and connecting the corners. We didn't have any problems with the sticky part, but my walls are very flat and I only painted them three years ago, so they're still pretty fresh and clean. Our blankets are textured, so there's no way I can get them to stick to that. It rubs off very easily so make sure everything works and is where you want it before sticking it on.
